Title: Clinical Nurse Manager - Telemetry

Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time - Evening Shift 03:00pm-11:00pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $145,000-$150,000 Per Year

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of acute care clinical experience
Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse or coordinator
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Operational leadership experience
Ability to manage real-time staffing challenges
Experience in patient experience and service recovery
Knowledge of quality, patient safety, and performance improvement

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's degree preferred
National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred
